THE WOODLANDS ANNUAL BENEFIT
Thursday, June 11th, 2026
from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM
Join us at The Woodlands for a party in celebration of one of West Philadelphia’s most active, significant, and well-loved places. Enjoy bites from local chefs, a silent auction, and the opportunity to fund critical needs at the cemetery. This event is made possible by the generosity of our Benefit Sponsors, partners, and guests. If you have any questions, please contact info@woodlandsphila.org
DEAR FRIENDS,
This year, it seems like the whole world will converge in Philadelphia. While we anticipate visitors from near and far, our proudest achievement is being a place that our community has made a part of their daily life. The Woodlands exists as a space where you can retreat, take a walk, get your hands dirty, hang with your pet, your friends, or yourself. Fifteen years ago, we weren’t able to say that. Now, our mission to make The Woodlands’ historic and tranquil green space available to our neighbors is what drives our preservation efforts, our planning, and our public programming. This work wouldn’t be possible without you, our sponsors, our supporters, and our community.
We invite you to join us at The Woodlands Annual Benefit on Thursday, June 11th, where we will celebrate this National Historic Landmark District.
The event will feature food and drinks from fabulous local chefs and a silent auction, with the garden landscape's late spring beauty as our backdrop. Consider becoming a Benefit Sponsor and help us raise $75,000 to support the operations, landscape, and programs that enable The Woodlands to thrive. By sponsoring the Annual Benefit, you will receive recognition for your contribution at the event and in pre-event publicity. Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with friends, colleagues, and make new acquaintances at the party.
Become a Benefit Sponsor by making a donation online or by mailing a check.
Your sponsorship makes the mission of The Woodlands possible and ensures that this historic green space can continue to serve the Philadelphia community. We look forward to celebrating with you at the cemetery on Thursday, June 11th.
With gratitude,
Becca Flemer,
Board President
Jessica Baumert, Executive Director
