Members Halloween Cocktail Party

The spookiest party this side of the Schuylkill is back and better than ever! Active Members are invited to celebrate Halloween at The Woodlands. Cocktails and light snacks will be provided. You are welcome to BYO picnic, but only the bravest should sip on a Formaldehyde Fizz or risk a Vampire’s Kiss! Would you dare?
This event is FREE and open to all Active Members of The Woodlands with pre-registration.
Please note: this party is 21+ only. Sorry Kids!
Because this party is only for active members, the registration page is password protected. Active members will receive the password in an email in September. Email us at info@woodlandsphila.org with any questions about your membership.

Important Party Notes:
This event is for Active Members of The Woodlands, and is only for people 21+. Children are not allowed at this event.
If you would like to register for more than one ticket, all attendees must either be part of your membership (Dual, Dog Walker, Household, Patron Levels) or become a member.
The party is casual. Costumes are welcome but not required, and there will be stick-on mustaches for anyone who needs a last minute costume. The event will take place inside and around the Hamilton Mansion.
Please consider walking, biking, or taking public transit. There will be limited parking on-site for guests near the stable.
Party drinks will include hot apple cider, bottled hard cider, beer, mulled wine, and a few other fun beverages like a Formaldehyde Fizz and Vampire's Kiss. Non alcoholic options will also be available.
Dinner will not be served, but snacks will be provided. All will be fun and seasonal. Look forward to lots of orange food!
If you are feeling ill, or if anyone in your household is currently ill, please do not attend the party.
