Summer's Eve Painting with University City Arts League

Summer’s Eve Painting at The Woodlands
Two watercolor landscape painting workshops en plein air (outdoors!)

Spend a summer’s evening painting the historic landscape of The Woodlands! Philadelphia painter Justin Baldwin will provide instruction and guidance on painting from observation in nature. Locations in The Woodlands will be selected for optimal scenery and historic significance. Bring a picnic dinner and make an evening of it. Space is limited so register soon!

The Woodlands’ 54-acre undulating landscape is at once a one-of-a-kind 18th-century English pleasure garden, 19th-century rural cemetery, and a modern green oasis for its neighbors in bustling University City and West Philadelphia. The Woodlands was designated a National Historic Landmark District in recognition of its unique history and rich resources.

Please be sure to bring a bottle of water, as there is no drinking water available on the grounds.
