Weitzman Preservation Students Repair Headstones at The Woodlands as an Introduction to Architectural Conservation
To kick off the 2025 fall semester, University of Pennsylvania Historic Preservation first-year students took on headstone restorations. They were accompanied by The Woodlands staff, along with Masonry Preservation Group, Inc. (MPG), Heritage Conservation Co., and Professors Kecia Fong, Roy Ingraffia, and Casey Weisdock.

Notable Nurses: An Enduring Legacy
Dr. Claire Fagin, former Dean of the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing and and one of the first women to lead an Ivy League university, has joined a legacy of accomplished, trailblazing women in nursing who are buried at The Woodlands.
